SERVICE POLICIES & GUIDELINES
Majestic Cleaning Group LLC
- PROPERTY CONDITIONS & TRUTHFUL DISCLOSURES.
To provide accurate pricing and adequate time estimates, customers are required to be completely transparent about the real state of the workspace. Full disclosure is mandatory for any underlying challenges such as active bug infestations, severe grime, piles of garbage, biohazards, heavy pet shedding, thick dust, construction leftovers, messy dishes, or extreme clutter.
- ARRIVAL SCHEDULES & SCHEDULING WINDOWS.
Because home service logistics can be unpredictable, we book appointments within a flexible arrival block. Typically, our cleaning crew will show up within an hour before or after the designated time slot. Automated text and email notifications are sent out two days ahead of the appointment.
- YOUTH SUPERVISION & SITE SAFETY.
To protect children and allow our technicians to operate smoothly, we ask that all minors be actively supervised during cleaning hours. This minimizes accidents and keeps youngsters away from cleaning tools and chemicals. Our company accepts no legal responsibility for injuries, mishaps, or property damage caused by unsupervised children or the mishandling of our gear.
- ESSENTIAL UTILITIES & HOME PREQUISITES.
Effective cleaning requires access to the property along with functional utilities. This means we need active electricity, running water, proper plumbing, good ventilation, and an indoor climate kept between 67°F and 80°F.
- RIGHT TO HALT OR CANCEL OPERATIONS.
Health & Safety Risks: Our team members hold full authority to immediately pause or walk away from a job if environmental hazards threaten anyone's well-being. Dangerous conditions include structural failures, heavy mold growth, chemical fumes, uncontained weapons, toxic biofluids, explosive materials, hazardous odors, pest infestations, illegal drugs, or extreme indoor temperatures.
Respectful Environment Policy: We enforce a strict policy against any form of harassment toward our staff. Prohibited actions include micro-managing, physical or verbal threats, stalking, taking photos or videos without consent, invasion of personal space, false theft accusations, and inappropriate sexual comments, gestures, or advances. Any grievances should be brought directly to management.
Pet Management: While we appreciate animals, clients must safely confine any pets—especially those prone to growling, barking, or showing aggression—so our team can work comfortably and securely without feeling unsafe. - ️ CLEANING TOOLS & EQUIPMENT
Our team arrives fully stocked with standard cleaning tools such as vacuums, mops, brooms, scrubbing pads, microfiber towels, brushes, pumice stones, and cleaning solutions. If you prefer us to utilize your personal cleaning gear or products, we are happy to accommodate, provided those items are effective and do not require extra labor from our crew. - PRICING STRUCTURE & SERVICE SCOPE
Flat-Rate Framework: Unless booked under a custom add-on, square-footage, room-by-room, or hourly plan, our rates are calculated as flat fees based on estimated job duration rather than exact hours worked. If a property requires significantly more effort than expected, we will present three choices: agree to a price increase, stick strictly to the original time allotment, or cancel the session.
Excluded Tasks: Our work does not overlap with services typically provided by professional movers, plumbers, handypersons, pest control experts, or specialized floor and upholstery cleaners. Specifically, we do not unclog toilets or drains, shift heavy furniture, remove light fixtures, extract wall nails, peel old shower silicone, or treat permanent floor stains.
Tailored Requests: We welcome special requests as long as they fit safely within our operational guidelines, maintain structural safety, fit realistic timeframes, and remain cost-effective. Please submit custom requests well ahead of time. - PAYMENT OPTIONS
Payments are due in full immediately upon job completion or on the exact day of service. Alternate payment schedules require prior authorization. Cash and checks can be handed directly to our technicians on-site, while credit card or ACH transactions can be arranged via invoice, the customer portal, or over the phone. Credit cards carry a 2.2% processing fee, whereas ACH transactions are completely free of extra charges. Sales taxes do not apply to service fees or employee tips. - PAYMENT DEADLINES & OVERDUE PENALTIES
Late Balances: Invoices unpaid on the service date are considered delinquent. Any balance remaining past the seventh day triggers an automatic $35.00 late charge, plus an ongoing daily fee of 0.05% on the remaining balance starting on day eight.
Non-Payment Consequences: Timely invoice settlement is mandatory. Failing to remit payment past seven days is a serious violation that may lead to criminal charges for theft of services. In Texas, obtaining services worth between $100 and $750 without payment qualifies as a Class B Misdemeanor, risking up to 180 days in jail and/or a fine of up to $2,000. Additionally, unpaid accounts may be turned over to a national collections agency. - SATISFACTION ADJUSTMENTS & REFUND LIMITS
We do not issue full refunds for completed labor. However, if specific items or areas were missed or cleaned unsatisfactorily, you may notify our office with accompanying photographs within 48 hours of service, and we will take corrective action. This may involve sending a team back out to re-clean, re-doing the entire session, or issuing a partial refund capped at 30% of the original invoice. - CANCELLATION & SHORT-NOTICE FEES
Cancellation fees help cover scheduling conflicts and protect our employees' wages. (Note: No fees apply if schedule adjustments are made more than one hour prior to or later than our arrival window.)
Last-Minute Adjustments: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment incur a fee equal to 20% of the service subtotal.
Premises Inaccessibility: Cancellations caused by our inability to enter the property result in a 30% subtotal fee.
Unserviceable Environments: If we must turn away due to unfulfilled utility requirements (Item 4) or undisclosed environmental hazards (Item 1), a 30% subtotal fee will apply. - LIABILITY GUIDELINES FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE
We do not automatically assume responsibility for damaged or lost items that are fragile, worn out, poorly secured, or in faulty condition. For delicate or high-risk property, we strongly suggest labeling or pointing them out as "Do Not Clean" to ensure proper preservation. In instances where the company is found responsible, customers have the right to file a claim through our insurance provider. A copy of our Certificate of Insurance is available for review on our website. - EMPLOYEE NON-SOLICITATION
We deeply value our team and the positive culture they maintain. To protect our workforce and operational stability, clients agree not to solicit or hire our cleaning staff for private business opportunities or alternative employment during or after their service hours with us. - PRIVACY PROMISES
We are fully dedicated to keeping your personal data secure. We never sell, lease, or rent customer lists to outside parties. Your personal information will never be shared with third-party companies, individuals, or government bodies unless explicitly required by law.
